Typhoon Lagoon

Attractions for Thrill Seekers
For the thrill seekers in your family, there are several adventure-filled waterslides. The Crush ‘n’ Gusher is one of the parks signature attractions. Grab a tube, and two or three of your friends and take a wild ride down the 400-foot slide. Rider choose which fruit chute to ride down—the Pineapple Plunger, the Coconut Crusher, or the Banana Blaster—and your tube will take you uphill before you plunge down the slide.
Family-Fun Attractions
If you are looking for an attraction for your whole family, check out Gangplank Falls. This ride takes you down a 300-foot-long water slide underneath waterfalls, through rocky caverns, and down the mountain in a giant inner tube that can hold up to four people.
Planning Your Day at the Park
If you are planning on spending the whole day at the park, consider renting a Beachcomber Shack or Getaway Glen Umbrellas. The Beachcomber Shack comes with your own shaded area, towels, cushioned seating, a locker, refillable drinks mugs, and a cooler filled with ice and water bottles. The shack can accommodate up to six guests. The Getaway Glen Umbrellas comes with two lounge chairs, two beach chairs, a table, an umbrella, towels, and can accommodate up to five guests. You can leave your towels and drinks on your chair while you float down the lazy river and not have to worry about someone taking your chairs.
The park is open every day from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and one-day tickets start at $54. The best time to visit the park is in the morning, as during the summer there are often afternoon storms which usually require the park to be evacuated.
