This 4106-square-foot stunner can comfortably hold a maximum of 17 guests, so don’t concentrate too hard on whittling down your invitee list—there’s plenty of room! As you pull into the cobblestone driveway, the creamy stucco and stacked brick home offer a stately appearance. A two-car garage hides a special secret to be revealed later; for now, let’s head in the wood front door with three glass windows!
Cool tile floors lead a path to gorgeous rooms in this open floor plan home. A kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances is spacious enough for multiple cooks to work together, and the breakfast bar furnished with three comfortably padded counter height seats allows for additional seating at meals. The dining area located in front of oversized glass doors that lead to the porch fits eight people at the blonde wood table, but you can open the doors wide and fit six more diners at the patio table just outside!
The main living area features a large television, two full-size sofas, and two more comfortable side chairs, creating a space that is comfortable for conversations, playing games, or watching television. The light that shines in generously sized windows keeps the room bright and sunny all day long. The first of three master suites is located on this level, offering a generously sized room furnished with a premium bedroom set, a sitting area, a private bath, and a private entrance to the patio and pool just outside. Dual vanities and a walk-in shower allow couples to have their own space to retreat to at the end of each day.
Upstairs, a loft area has been converted into a movie space, containing an oversized leather sectional, a popcorn machine, and a super-sized television. As we head into the first of the “regular bedrooms,” we discover the first themed room: Harry Potter would feel comfortable sleeping in either of the two full beds topped with Hogwarts bedding, and the faux brick wall and faux fireplace (with television hanging above, of course!) add to the fun of the theme! The second themed bedroom offers a full bed, a twin bed, and fun wallpaper that is a collage of Disney and comic book covers; take a few minutes and determine how many you have read and which ones you would still like to purchase and read to your kids later! The third themed bedroom is a little boys’ delight, decorated in a pirate theme and including a fun Pirates Only sign on the door, threatening a plank walk for those who dare to disobey!
An upstairs master suite designed with the sea in mind offers navy walls, a padded head and footboard, and a garden tub in the en suite bathroom.
