Important HOA Fee Notice:
Starting May 1st, 2024, a daily fee of $10 per adult (children under 16 free) will be charged by the HOA for pool and gym access. Guests can opt for a weekly fee of $40 instead of the daily fee, payable in cash or check at the front desk upon check-in. Each rental includes one complimentary pool and gym usage. Access to the tennis courts and children s playground remains free.

Providence Place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The home is beautifully decorated, super clean, and had plenty of space for everyone. We loved the two master suites and the Mickey-themed room was a hit with our kids. The community is quiet and scenic, and it was nice to come back and relax by the private pool after a day at Disney.

This house was exactly what we hoped for—tons of room, comfy beds, and a kitchen fully stocked for in-home meals. The private pool was a highlight for us, and we enjoyed peaceful morning walks around the resort. The gated community made us feel very safe, and it’s just a short drive to the parks. Highly recommend!

I found this house when our original property cancelled our booking 4 days before our scheduled check in, and was really glad I did! We booked for a family vacation (7 adults) for 12 days. The house was very clean, spacious and presented exactly as listed. Mattress quality: most of us prefer a firm mattress, the queen was the softest bed, but everyone was comfortable. Appreciated the TV package, news from Canada, Britain and the US all available. The pool area was clean, with comfortable furniture, and full afternoon sun. We paid extra for pool heat and it was worth it. I do feel that Eagle Management runs a very professional, well organized and responsive company. There were only 2 small issues, and Eagle responded within 30 minutes and took care of both issues without interruption to us or our schedules. Quiet, friendly community. Enjoyed the pickle ball courts and not having to pre-book. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay at this home—the décor was lovely and the bedrooms were spacious. The kids loved the themed room and we all enjoyed the outdoor dining area by the pool. Gave 4 stars only because we ran into a bit of confusion about the HOA access fee at check-in. A quick call to the host sorted it out though!

We’ve stayed in a few homes around Orlando and this one was the best yet. The house is modern and well maintained, and the layout worked perfectly for our multi-generational group. We took advantage of the resort’s lap pool and fitness center, and the golf course views were stunning. 5 stars all the way!
