We will only book with Pinkie. This last trip I needed extra sheets and they were at the door Immediately. Response is so great- clean condos, never had a single hiccup with Pinkie!

We love renting from Pinkie Flamingo. Waterscape is an awesome spot for family with kids any age or even just adults. This place is right off the beach, so you have access to pools, gym, lazy river, kiddie area and the beach. Do whatever pleases you. Pinkie is also very attentive when there are any issues. We have been renting with them for 5 years now, and there’s never been big issues just little ones and those were resolved immediately. I always recommended waterscape facility to anyone who is looking for a great place at the Gulf of Mexico. Cannot say enough good things about the place and services. Thank you!!

Our vacation at Sunny Daze was nothing short of amazing. Our condo was ready 3 hours prior to check in, which was a sweet bonus. The decor is gorgeous, just as pictured. Housekeeping was phenomenal. The entire condo was remarkably clean. I love the location of the back of the property for how quiet it is and the view is amazing! Parking is convenient…you can pull right behind the door. The entire booking process with Pinkie was easy and flawless. We look forward to staying here again!
