From the moment you walk in, the scale of the home makes an impression. The open living area is appointed with comfortable seating for the entire group and a large flat-screen TV at the center of it all. For movie nights that go beyond the living room, the expansive home theater steps things up considerably with plush seating for the whole group and a massive projection screen that turns any film into an event. Great vacations are built on moments together, and Fairway Fanatic delivers the spaces to make them happen.
The sleek, modern kitchen is a showstopper in its own right. Gorgeous granite countertops and top-tier stainless appliances set the stage for everything from elaborate group dinners to quick morning breakfasts. A massive center island doubles as a breakfast bar seating 10, and the adjoining dining table accommodates 20 or more making every meal feel like a celebration. When the weather calls for it, the outdoor summer kitchen and al fresco dining area extend the experience outside, with abundant seating and a relaxed, open-air atmosphere. Competitive spirits will find their home in the dedicated game room, loaded with a PlayStation system and oversized screen for the serious players in the group. An arcade video game and foosball table keep the rest of the crew entertained while they wait their turn, a setup that delivers hours of friendly competition without anyone running out of options. Whether you re seven or seventy, the game room earns its keep every night of the stay.
Outside, the private pool and spillover spa are surrounded by generous lounge seating and open patio space, creating an outdoor retreat that rivals any resort pool deck. Spend the afternoon swimming laps, playing pool games, or simply floating in the Florida sunshine, the outdoor space is designed for exactly that kind of unhurried enjoyment. The summer kitchen nearby means the fun doesn t have to pause for meals, keeping the group together from afternoon into evening without missing a beat.
When it s time to rest, Fairway Fanatic s 13 beautifully appointed suites and bedrooms ensure every guest sleeps well. Several king suites offer elevated beds, flat-screen TVs, and en suite baths with upscale finishes. The younger guests have their own standout spaces, including rooms with oversized bunk beds and one room featuring a slide that will make bedtime the highlight of any kid s day. Every bedroom is designed with the same attention to comfort and quality that defines the rest of the home.
As a Reunion Resort property, Fairway Fanatic comes with access to an amenity package that few destinations can match. Golfers in the group can take their pick from three championship courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, and Tom Watson. The resort features multiple community swimming pools, a five-acre water park featuring a lazy river and twisting waterslide, while tennis, pickle ball, volleyball courts keep everyone active. Six on-site restaurants from a sushi bar and upscale tavern to Reunion s signature steakhouse round out an offering that means you never have to venture far for a great meal. And when the parks call, the resort s dedicated shuttle service handles all transport to and from Disney, so the group can focus entirely on the fun.
Fairway Fanatic is more than a vacation rental it s a fully realized resort experience wrapped inside a private home.
