Details
At the heart of the home, an expansive open-concept living area brings the whole group together without anyone feeling crowded. Dual plush sofas and club chairs surround an enormous flat-screen TV, creating the perfect gathering space for movie nights, game-day watch parties, or simply unwinding after a long day at the parks. The modern chef s kitchen is outfitted with top-tier stainless appliances and a breakfast bar for casual mornings, while the adjoining dining table seats up to 12, making family meals feel like an occasion rather than an afterthought.
Entertainment options at Fairway Safari go well beyond the living room. The dedicated game room comes fully loaded with a PS4, Xbox One, dual screens, a multi-arcade cabinet, bean bag chairs, and a popcorn maker in the corner for that true cinema-night feel. When it s time for a proper movie experience, retreat to the private home theater, eight reclining leather chairs face a large projection screen with professional-grade setup, delivering a cinematic experience that rivals anything you d find outside the home.
Step outside and the private pool and spillover spa await, surrounded by generous lounge seating and an open patio designed for long, sun-soaked afternoons. Whether guests are swimming laps, floating in the spa, or simply relaxing in the Florida sunshine, the outdoor space gives the group a true resort-within-a-resort feel. And from the balcony of one of the king suites, guests are treated to a stunning view of the 2nd hole tee box of the Jack Nicklaus Signature PGA Course, a backdrop that perfectly captures the spirit of the Fairway Safari name.
When bedtime arrives, the bedroom lineup is nothing short of impressive. Multiple king suites feature plush, elevated beds, flat-screen TVs, and en suite baths with double sinks, roomy showers, and deep soaking tubs the kind of accommodations that make guests feel like they ve checked into a five-star hotel without ever leaving home. The younger adventurers in the group will love their own safari-themed retreats: one room features theme park-inspired bunk beds, while another carries the full safari aesthetic with adventure-ready bunk setups that spark the imagination from lights-out to wake-up.
As a Reunion Resort property, Fairway Safari unlocks access to one of Central Florida s most impressive resort amenity portfolios. Golfers in the group can take their pick from three PGA Championship courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, and Tom Watson making Reunion one of the only destinations in the world where all three can be played in a single trip. Between rounds, the resort s 10 premier swimming pools offer something for every mood, including the Seven Eagles Pavilion with its jacuzzis and stunning infinity pool overlooking the courses.
Families with younger guests will love the five-acre water park, complete with a sprawling lazy river and a twisting waterslide. Stay active at the fully equipped fitness center, or enjoy six courts spanning tennis, pickle ball, and volleyball. When dining out, six on-site restaurants cover every occasion from an upscale tavern and sushi bar to Reunion s signature steakhouse. And when it s time to hit the theme parks, the resort s dedicated shuttle service handles transport to and from Disney and beyond, so parking is never part of the equation.
Fairway Safari isn t just a vacation rental, it s a full-scale experience.

The home was well appointed, and each guest had their own room. Great pool and hot tub! The golf courses were most excellent!
