- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. Please contact us to add pool heat to your reservation.
- Max of 4 cars per address. Please do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined. No parking is allowed by any "blue" painted curb; vehicles will be towed within 24 hours. Do not park on any sidewalks; vehicles will be towed within 24 hours.

My family had a wonderful time! The house was spacious, very clean, had everything we needed. I loved that there were so many towels provided to us. The clubhouse was great with things to do like the arcade, massage chairs, a gym, the pool, basketball court. park, lazy river, etc. I felt really safe having on-site security at all times. We felt right at home at the end of each day, and on our days we did nothing but relax!

Book this place! Trust me when I say it is a beautiful house stocked full with items for use during the stay, just like being at a home when you're away from home. Comfortable seating, full kitchen, extra bedding items like pillows and blankets, extra towels - it really made our stay so much more comfortable having all these items. There also were items for young kids like a high chair and stroller for use, which is a major plus when traveling with young kids (we only used the high chair but having all the other items available is a huge bonus to families). The pool area was nice and clean with very comfortable seating, cannot say enough good stuff about this place. The resort is new and has a lot to do on site with a water park and playground, putt putt etc the list goes on. I'd stay here again if ever in the area, very pleased with my choice to book this house for our vacation. The team was also very responsive and helpful, answering all my questions and emails etc. ++++

Our house was perfect! Clean, huge, nice cookware. Only thing is there is no way anyone could swim in the pool unless you paid to have it heated daily. It was extremely cold!

Wonderful host and a wonderful place to stay. Very convenient for the kids and easy access to food and things we needed during our stay. We had the best time at our vacation home!!
