Wonderful memories created
Sally ·
We love Reunion but this was by far the best property we have stayed in. Lots to do in the house from the games room to the cinema and private pool, ideal on the days you had a break from the parks. Priority was immaculate. Would definitely stay here again.

The cinema room was not working at all and despite logging it no resolution was made during the trip which meant it could not be used, the pool was not clean on our arrival and only cleaned four days into our holiday and then on the last day which wasn't ideal. The shower rooms were very old with one bathroom having a very loose glass panel which actually came out of its socket during a shower whilst there which was very dangerous had one of the children been in there at the time instead of an adult. The rest of the property was very clean and as described but given the luxury element for which this property was described it did not quite meet the standards of the price we paid unfortunately. The back door to the outside was also extremely stiff and difficult to open and close with the constant alarm in place.

" #Remembering Reunion ☆☆☆☆"

Great resort and villa, All the family had a Amazing time in Orlando at the villa aswell as at the theme parks... The Resort felt safe and the grounds were immaculately kept. The villa was clean for our arrival but was Not as good as the pictures advertised. Therfore there were quite a few minor issues at the villa , listed below... The main one being the back sliding door to the pool area which needs replacing its so hard to open !! Generally in bad condition The 2 x outside chairs / cushions need replacing , ripped and torn. The pool loungers also look old / tired, need replacing The plastic inserts for round holes for the child safety pool fence protrude so high causing trip hazards !! So we had to remove them... Sharp edges to your feet in the groundfloor masterbedroom from the carpet edges to the living room and walk in wardrobe area needs rectifying.. The lack of wine glasses for a villa of this size, there was only 4 !! The dishwasher is to small also for the amount of people in the villa. No curtains in one of the upstairs bedrooms!! Sun shining in from 7am effecting sleep !! The bathrooms look in need of refurbishment soon also.. Some of these points are only small , but they all had up to the overall stay.... However there are to many plus points to mention in this wonderful villa. We will look to Reunion for our next visit to Orlando for sure ☆☆☆☆ I must also highlight Rochel Geronimo for her amazing service whenever we contacted her. Thank you so much... Mr Wayne Lee
we enjoyed our stay

house needs some TLC - next to impossible to get hot water in kitchen , would be nice if they left some extras instead of always having to call the front .
Golf Buddies Weekend Review
John ·
This is an annual trip of 4 golf buddies and we always choose Orlando. It is the first time at Reunion and it did not disappoint. House was awesome...we want to reserve the same place for next year. Golf courses were really good...Nicklaus was really challenging as well! We had breakfast at your clubhouses in the morning which was good and 7593 Steak on Saturday night was really good. Most of all, we loved the convenience of having everything right there so close. We want to come back again next year. Thanks John Ruppert, Jeff, Bob and Nick
