Amazing House and Resort!

Everything was perfect! We rented this house to celebrate my birthday with family and friends and it couldn't have been better. The house is beautiful and bigger than expected. The pool/patio area was definitely the best part. Rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy. The kitchen is fully stocked and there's plenty of room for a big dinner party with the extra large dining table and island with stool seating. We had a great time at the waterpark and a wonderful lunch at the Nicklaus clubhouse. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay here, the house was fantastic and well equipped for a group of ~14 adults, the kitchen was missing some basic amenities like cutting boards - I'm sure had we asked they would have solved the issue but we had local friends bring some by. We were able to text any time we needed anything and they would come to pick up trash, send an engineer to help with non-functioning lights (which turned out to be user error) etc., the shuttle system was very convenient, and the responsiveness was impeccable. Will be returning again in the future!

Went down for a bachelorette weekend and this house was awesome!! We had seen larger homes but we went with this one as the outdoor living space was the largest by far. Ended up being the best decision as we spent most of our time awake outside. Rent this house, you won't be dissapointed!

We spent one week at this beautiful house, family of 6 and one toddler. From the moment we opened the door it was 'wow'. The space, decor and cleanliness were amazing. The house had everything and more than we needed (except a kettle, we are English haha!). The rooms were incredible, spacious, luxury furnishings, comfortable beds, unbelievable outside area with the most incredible views of the gold course and sunsets. My list could be endless. We needed to stay for longer to take full advantage of everything inside the house, we had the most amazing weather so did spend most of our time around the pool which had its own lounge area, outdoor grill and tv. The location of the resort is great for a short drive to Disney. The facilities on the resort are all of a very high standard, we did visit the water park and the children's play area located within Bears Den and one of my sons went running each morning and used the resort gym. Two of our party played golf on the Jack Nicklaus course and the ladies enjoyed a meal in the clubhouse. From the booking (directly with Reunion) to arrival the communication was excellent and any queries we had were dealt with promptly. The Chateau at Bears Den is a beautiful property that we hope to visit again, Thankyou :)

This was our first time at Reunion, and we can confidently say it will not be our last. This resort is absolutely amazing. Our group took full advantage of the amenities from the waterpark to multiple rounds of golf and everything exceeded expectations. The Reunion shuttle app is a must-have and made getting around incredibly easy and convenient. The Chateau at Bear's Den was an outstanding home and had everything needed for a fantastic vacation. The home was clean and well taken care of. Check-in was simple, and our party had no issues at any of the gates or security checkpoints. Check-out was even easier. We would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay at Reunion. The view overlooking the 18th green was an incredible bonus. My only recommendation for Reunion would be to update the photos and listings to highlight that this pool, and others, include safety nets around the pool area. We absolutely loved having that feature while traveling with toddlers, and it would make this home even more appealing to other families and ours when searching for future vacation rentals at Reunion.

Gate security to Bears Den was totally unacceptable. The entry was a nightmare Until I complained to the front desk and they finally gave me scan pass for the vehicle. They however did not believe that I was having the problem until they came to the gate from the front desk and experienced it for themselves. No apologize or compensation for the hours I spent trying to enter four previous times. A real inconvenience ruined the entire first 2 days. We were afraid to leave as we would not be able to get back in. Don't pick a house in the Bears Den

Loved the home and the location is amazing. The home was a perfect size for our group (4 families). Each couple had a nice bedroom with ensuite and the kids loved the dorm style rooms built for them. The New York themed room is huge with two queen size bunk beds and an 85" tv, we had to fight our kids to get them outside! The downstairs is very roomy and the backyard was the highlight. It is probably one of the largest outdoor areas on the 18th hole. We had looked at larger homes but really liked the layout of this one and are very happy with our decision. When vacationing here we spend as much time as possible outside and this home is perfect for that. The location was absolutely amazing as we would walk over to the clubhouse for lunch or dinner and the view of the sunsets are breathtaking.

Great location and layout. We were 12 golfers for 5 rounds and had a blast at this house. We loved the outdoor layout of this house. The last time we came dow to Reunion we were in a bigger home but it didn't have a big backyard. This home has tons of space under the Lanai and around the pool which is where we spent most of our time. The location right next to the clubhouse / putting green and driving range. Can't say enough, house was amazing.

Todo Buenisimo , la casa funcionó muy bien para nuestro grupo. Limpia, cómoda, amplia. VolverÃa Lo único malo el sistema para entrar al Condominio , cada vez que uno entra debe hacer un trámite muy largo . DeberÃan dar un control remoto de la puerta junto con la casa .
