The first floor features two king suites and one queen suite.

Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AMEarly or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
No smoking / No pets
By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Our party of 13 enjoyed the vacation home immensely. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our annual family vacation. The pool was huge and sparkling clean with a heated spa. There was a gas grill and an outdoor wet bar with a large tv. The kitchen was a dream with two of everything, refrigerators, stoves, microwave oven and dishwashers and a huge island. And of course, several types of coffee makers, and any appliance you would need to entertain. No parking issues for our 5 cars on site. There was an actual arcade for the kids, a large home theater. The kids rooms were right out of Disney with so much detail, one Toy Story and the other Star Wars. Each room including the patio had big screen tv's. The dining area seated us all with room to spare. No expense was spared on this home and was very tastefully decorated. Each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom and a bathroom with access from the pool. The neighborhood has a big lazy river with splash pad and food and drinks, put put golf and so much more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning again. This was by far our best find on Vrbo. The communication prior to our visit was top notch. Didn't need any during our stay.
