* January 1- April 16 Rentals are 7 nights, beginning and ending on Saturday only

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

The location is perfect! So much is walking distance and the free trolly stops right by the condo. We didn't feel the need to have a car. The building is right on the bay and absolutely beautiful back area. It was stocked with a lot of beach necessities and easy to cross the street and access the beach! The condo itself was large enough for 6 and we felt we had plenty of room. We would definitely come back!

Have stayed at the Anchorage several times over the years. Always had a good experience. This apartment was clean and the kitchen had all the amenities that we needed. The living room and kitchen were updated. The bedrooms could use new furnishings and wallpaper. The bed in the master had a slant on one side. My wife thought she would roll off! Thankfully it was a quiet building. We had a very nice vacation! Will go back.

Everything was great, I was able to reach someone by phone quickly when I needed something and they were always friendly and helpful. The place was clean, comfortable and quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

Nice place and would go back. A few problems when we first go there. Dirty dishes and silverware, sheets not changed. Can't blame owners or Global, they hire services to handle things and expect them to do their job. They don't know unless someone tells them. Made one call, received incredible response and everything solved in a few hours. Now days you can;t get the correct change back at McDonald's. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and even a wagon to get them to and from the beach. Nice touch !!! Plenty of

The apartment was in good condition and clean, the building location is good, and the pool and common area are good, the beach is great, an excellent option for a family vacation.
