Inside, enjoy an open-concept living area with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar seating for 4, and a dining table for 10. Entertainment awaits in the Star Wars-inspired theater and game room, featuring theater seating for 7 and a Star Wars Trilogy arcade game. Upstairs, the retro diner-themed game room offers a chrome pool table, bar seating, neon lighting, and a multi-arcade machine with over 1,000 games.
The villa features 3 king master suites and 2 custom-built themed kids bedrooms, including a princess-themed room with a full-over-full bunk bed and a superhero-themed room with two full-over-full bunk beds and a slide. Every bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and TV.

Early or late check-in/out available for an additional fee
The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
No smoking / No pets
By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
One-time departure cleaning fee required for all stays
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Stunning property, with beautiful views over the golf course. Everything was spotless and it had everything you could possibly need for self-catering. Pool was a lovely added bonus, and the cinema room is great (slightly clearer instructions for that would have been great!). Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay except for major WiFi and cable connection issues....Was told upon arrival by representative that Microwave installed over stove did not work so a portable one was provided although it was not cleaned prior to his delivery. Kitchen utensil Drawer by stove needed repair and the kids had to be careful of floor nails sticking feet in boy's bedroom by the Spiderman bed and by closet door - We placed towels on floor to cover areas so kids still had safe fun play time. Apart from those few issues, family still enjoyed a pleasant stay in a beautiful home.
Minus a few issues, overall a great stay!

The house was great. Media room with very comfortable reclining seats, pool table, fun slide in kids room, 'Frozen' kids themed room, heated pool and hot tub. It was a great time! The downsides: a couple of the cabinets in the kitchen were falling apart, the cable was down until the last day of our stay, and the internet kept going in and out, however technicians did come out pretty quickly when we called for assistance. The jukebox by the pool table had a mind of its own (volume increasing without anyone pressing anything) so we had to unplug it. Overall, it was a fun, enjoyable stay!
