License to Chill One Seagrove Place is an amazing property perfectly located in the heart of 30-A. The condo was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and offered easy beach access for enjoying the emerald-green waters of Seagrove Beach by day and picture-perfect panoramic sunsets over the Santa Rosa shoreline in the evening. The description was completely accurate and met all our expectations. We are already planning our return and have recommended this rental to our friends who are coming to 30-A in the fall.
