We stayed in the same unit the last time we were there! It's perfect for us. We got on the road before we remembered we didn't remove the 6 bottles of beer from the refrigerator!! So sorry. One minor issue was the toilet seat in the master bathroom has stains that can't be cleaned. Probably needs to be replaced. Would absolutely stay there again.

The condo was clean and just the right size for a young couple with a 2 year old and Grandma. Having the pack n play for the baby without having to haul it in the car was a plus. The unit had just about everything we needed to make for a comfortable vacation. The unit was just as advertised, except where it said 12 minutes walk to beach, it was much less! Love the gated community for a safer feel. The view was absolutely amazing.

We had a fabulous experience at A311. It was so homey and comfortable to us. The view was amazing and we loved the parking deck with the pedestrian bridge right at our door (almost). Great location to everything we love about Destin. Beach Access was right out the front door. Loved the pools too. I can't wait to come back!!

I am very picky. I like clean, comfy beds, good amenities, and beautiful views. This place surpassed all of them. I will definitely stay here again when we visit. If you're on the fence about staying, don't.. You will not be disappointed I promise.

We have been going to Destin for years and we always thought it would be great to be close to the beach in a Majestic Sun condo. We finally found a wonderful place with a fantastic view. The unit was clean and well-equipped and the amenities were super--especially the pool area. Majestic Sun is also close to many excellent restaurants, shops, and activities. Find your place at the "Sun!"

Beautiful place right on the water. Room was clean , had one small issue with a light fixture and the owner had it fixed promptly. Would definitely recommend A311!
