The Solterra Resort Clubhouse will begin an important series of enhancements to the lazy river, resort pool, hot tub, and bar area. The lazy river renovation is scheduled to begin on September 8, 2026, with work on the resort pool and hot tub beginning September 22. During this same period, the district will also move forward with the new bar installation.
The current project schedule anticipates completion approximately December 14, 2026.
Throughout the renovation, the Clubhouse will remain open and active. Owners and guests will continue to enjoy Caf Sol, including delivery service, the fitness center, sports courts, clubhouse services.

Very Nice. Lots of seating in the living room. Very clean. My only recommendation, it needs 2 to 3 more dining room chairs
Perfect Villa for Our Family Vacation!

We stayed at Made in the Shade Villa for a week, and it honestly exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and having four full bathrooms made mornings SO easy with our big group. The kids basically lived in the pool. The master bedroom access directly to the pool was amazing for early-morning coffee outside. Will definitely book again!

This home was perfect! Tons of room, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the open layout and how easy it was to walk out to the pool. Solterra Resort itself is amazing—lazy river, fitness center, zero-entry pool… just awesome. Orlando Rent A Villa kept everything well-maintained and communication was great.
Great Stay Overall — A Couple Small Issues, Fixed Fast

We really enjoyed our stay at Made in the Shade Villa. The house was clean and spacious, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. We did notice the pool heat wasn’t warming up properly on the first night, but the management team sent someone out first thing the next morning and had it fixed within an hour. After that, everything was wonderful. Highly recommend the resort amenities!

The villa was gorgeous and the beds were very comfortable. When we first arrived, one of the TVs in the queen bedroom wasn’t connecting to the Wi-Fi. I contacted the management team, and they had it reset and working before we even unpacked. Great customer service! The only reason for 4 stars is the living room sofa had a bit of wear, but still comfortable.

Really comfortable home close to everything. Having four bathrooms made mornings so easy for our group. The pool area was fantastic. We had a minor issue with the spa heat not activating, but the team reset the system remotely within minutes. Great service!
