The property was in excellent condition in a great location. The pool heater was worth the extra expense and was the best pool heater we have ever had in Florida. There was an issue with the air conditioning one day which stopped working but the host had the issue fixed by the following afternoon. I must state that the host was very communicative and responsive and was even proactive to see if we needed anything else with the property. I would definitely rent this property and from these hosts again. It was a great experience.

Solterra Landing was exactly what we needed for a stress-free family vacation. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had space for everyone to spread out. Our kids loved the bunk room and game room, and the pool area was a dream—we watched the sunset from the hot tub every night. We'll definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the open floor plan made it easy for our group of 10 to hang out. Each bedroom was comfortable, and it was great having so many bathrooms. The Solterra Resort amenities—lazy river, waterslide, and fitness center—were just icing on the cake

Solterra Landing exceeded our expectations. The beds were cozy, and there were multiple places for people to relax—whether it was in the living room, on the patio, or in the game room. The rocking chairs out by the pool were my favorite. It's a peaceful location but still close to all the major attractions. Highly recommend.

We stayed with two families and the kids had an absolute blast in the game room. Air hockey tournaments became a daily event! The pool and hot tub were great, and the safety alarm on the pool door gave us extra peace of mind. Solterra Resort is also fantastic—super clean and family-oriented.

Solterra Landing gave us all the comforts of home, but better. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, the spa, and the resort’s lazy river after a long day at the theme parks. The check-in process was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely recommend this place to friends.

Everything was great, but the pool heat took a little longer than expected to kick in. Just make sure you add it before arrival. Aside from that, the home was super clean, comfy, and well-stocked. Plenty of room for our big family and a great location for exploring the area.

The house was as pictured—spacious, stylish, and in a quiet gated community. I only gave it 4 stars because there weren’t quite enough pool towels for our group. A small detail, but worth mentioning. We still had a great time and really enjoyed the resort amenities.

Solterra Landing had an awesome layout and was perfect for our group of 11. The only downside was one of the game room items (the foosball table) had a broken handle when we arrived—but it was fixed quickly after we contacted the host. Overall, a great stay.
