The location was great. Mostly, the staff were great (bar one). The condo was nice and spacious and quiet. Run down though with lots of mould on bathroom doors, etc. Very tired looking overall. The kitchen blocked and was attended to promptly, but on returning to the condo, I slipped on a wet floor and banked my arm (you could not see the water on the tiles). I was lucky I broke my fall and didn't break a bine or bang my head. On further examination, it was leaking under the sink (hadn't been resealed properly and under the sink and floor were soaking. We put tools on both and duly reported it. Then we discovered all the contents of the sink had come into the dishwater after they fixed the sink. We were left to clean it. Then on Weds morning (Oct 14th) I came to reception and asked to book Eleven for 9pm as it was our last night and we wanted food and a drink. The rather disinterested receptionist said she would send an e mail to them, so we assumed booked. We duly went up to find it closed, without forewarning. If we had of known, we could have booked many other places. The only option was to book the restaurant (as it was getting late) on the reception level. We notified the senior person on the desk of our annoyance. We just had mains and a bottle of wine. I had steak and my wife had the salmon. My wife woke up about 4am (6 or so hours later) with severe cramps and pains and vomited throughout the night and morning, She also had a very bad headache. She is Coeliac and did highlight this to the waitress. The service was good and the food tasted fine, but it was definitely food poison and must have been the salmon as I was ok. We had paid $238 for a late checkout to 6pm and were going to spend the morning and early afternoon at the pool. Unfortunately, my wife spent most of this time in bed and I kept an eye on her. I reported it to the receptionist on duty (this was our day of departure Thurs Oct 15th -the same disinterested receptionist from Weds morning0 and she said sorry and took my e mail and phone number. Unfortunately we checked out and headed to the airport flying back to Dublin, Ireland. No one has been in touch, which is very poor. We stayed for 12 days. Regards. Gary

Fabulous apartment in the most idyllic resort. Easy access to Disney and on site amenities are great. Golf courses amazing, waterpark great for a chilling relaxing day and Eleven just the best restaurant. Thank you for being the amazing resort you are
