Very nice and relaxing.

We had a great stay overall. The home is in an amazing neighborhood with plenty of amenities, and the location is hard to beat. There were a few cleanliness issues when we first arrived—particularly in the bathrooms and on the counters—but MVH was responsive and had a crew come out the next day to take care of it. The pool light was replaced promptly, which we appreciated. The basketball machine wasn't working during our stay, and some of the remotes didn't function in every room, but these were minor inconveniences. One thing to note: while the Encore neighborhood looks like it includes a large waterpark, we learned it's not affiliated with this rental. However, Reunion does have a waterpark—it's just not quite as big. Despite a few hiccups, the host was accountable and communicative, and we'd definitely consider booking another property with them in the future.
