Welcome to The Menagerie, a well-appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation condo in Windsor Hills. This refreshing condo offers a great location across the street from the pool and activity center and is 3 miles away from the Walt Disney World Resort! With 1,242 sq. ft. of deluxe living area, this second-floor condo with elevator access features traditional styling, comfortable furniture, and magical touches throughout to enhance your vacation experience.
From the moment you walk in, you will feel right at home, welcomed by some of your favorite characters. Ample seating on the plush leather sofas allows the family to gather and spend quality time together. Watch a favorite TV show or the big game on the 65-inch TV. the private, screened-in balcony from the living room and enjoy the Sunshine State weather. After working up an appetite while walking around the theme parks, everyone will appreciate the full kitchen, complete with the necessary cookware and tableware. Enjoy a home-cooked meal at the dining room table with seating for 6.
The master bedroom features a beautiful king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom will have you saying Hakuna Matata as you retreat to the bed under a beautiful mural of the king of the jungle and his friends. The third bedroom is ideal for the little ones themed around some of their favorite toys with bright colors and two twin-sized beds.

Rental Policies
Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AMEarly or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
No smoking / No pets
By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

This is our 2nd time staying at Windsor hills and 1st time at this condo. We love the complex and amenities. The pool and playground is great for our little ones. This condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and everything we needed in the kitchen. Would def stay here again.

Very nice place and we lived the Disney murals! Overall I would have liked some updates with USB charging ports and the master bathroom's toilet leaked from the tank into a bucket. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and ease of check in and check out.

Everything was great except the washer wasnt working and didnt get fixed during our stay first time ever having to bring dirty laundry home. And not being able to clean the towels before we left. But the home itself was by far the best one we have stayed at. Loved the way they decorated it.

Location was great. Lots of amenities for our family. We had a great stay overall. Highly recommend!

We loved having the extra space and all of the amenities of home for our family of 6 on our Disney trip. The themed rooms, castle playground, and heated pool were a hit with the kids. Would stay again!
