FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Our vacation at Anchorage was beyond fantastic! The condo was super clean, comfortable, and offered views that were amazing! A fantastic pool, walking distance to the beach and amazing restaurants (Daiquiri Deck and Captain Curt's are a MUST!) were a huge bonus to the location!If you're looking, don't hesitate; this is the dream vacation stay you definitely want!!
