Pool Heater Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $20 per day plus tax to heat the pool.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Parking Rules:
- The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars for a townhome.
- Only 1 car will fit in the driveway, overflow parking is available in nearby spots.
- Please pick up parking rules at the guard gate. Parking is strictly enforced.
- Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will tow.

*Wristbands are obtained at the clubhouse upon arrival to the resort. Must present voucher to prove residence.
As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wristbands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting. The number of wristbands for this unit are as follows:
3 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 8 wristbands
* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
* Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.

Our Starter Welcome packet supplies:
- 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom
- 2 round hotel-size bar soap per bathroom

- 2 trash bags size-13-gallon
- 1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)
- Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
This is an industry-standard practice.
FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Perfect Getaway in Windsor Hills

Checked out today. We had a great time, house was clean and had everything we needed! Clear instructions on checking in and out. Very clean quiet area of neighborhood. This is our second time staying in Windsor hills. Our first in this condo, and would stay again!! Very close to Disney parks, as well as restaurants and grocery stores.

Global Vacation was awesome to deal with - they always responded to our questions quickly and checkin was easy and efficient! The house was spectacular- perfect location, very clean and just as shown in the pictures! We would definitely stay at Windsor Hills again!

More positives than negatives for sure.Only 2 things that I can say negatives out of 100. I keep receiving email notifications about pool being heated but it's actually not. At temperatures of 85 degree weather, you think the pool should be warm, but it's actually too cold. It would have been really nice if it's heated especially at night after 8 to 10 hrs of walking at amusement parks. Secondly, dishwasher is smells. I hand washed all the dishes that we uses each time coz I can't stand the dishwasher's sme

We had a great stay at this listing! the place was very clean, the rooms were nice sized and we each had our own bathroom. It included a pack and play, stroller, and high chair, so it made traveling with my toddler easier. My toddler was also very excited to see the Minnie Mouse bedsheets in her room. The place had its own parking right in front, and was conveniently located near many restaurants, Walmart, and both Disney and Universal. Will definitely stay again.
