This is the third time we stayed at this property. Each year it continues to improve(i.e. new mattress, new living room set, new kitchen table and chairs, etc.).

Don’t listen to some of the reviews, the pictures are exactly how it is. Very spacious and felt like home .Enjoyed our stay would definitely book again :)

Great home and neighborhood. We only had an issue with the garbage pickup but the host managed to be extremely helpful in the situation and was proactive. The neighborhood is quiet and private with an awesome clubhouse that kids would enjoy. The privacy makes you feel like your far from everything when in actuality your close to major stores and restaurants.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful villa in 240HA - Serene Solstice Davenport, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. Here’s a breakdown of my stay: Amenities: The villa was well-equipped with top-notch amenities that catered to all our needs. The private pool and hot tub were the highlights, providing a perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The villa also had a fully equipped kitchen, a game room with a pool table and video games, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. The spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV and comfortable seating was perfect for family movie nights. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was clearly a priority at this villa. Upon arrival, we found the entire property spotless. The bathrooms were immaculate, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. The kitchen was clean and well-organized, making it easy to prepare meals. The pool area was also well-maintained, with crystal-clear water and no signs of debris. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the villa pristine throughout our stay. Memorable Experiences: One of the most memorable experiences of our stay was the convenience of the villa’s location. We were just a 30 min drive away from all the major Orlando attractions, including Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. This allowed us to make the most of our time without spending too much on travel. Another highlight was a family game night in the villa’s game room, The private pool area was a perfect spot for stargazing and making s'mores by the fire pit. Overall, our stay in 240HA - Serene Solstice Davenport was truly exceptional. The combination of luxurious amenities, impeccable cleanliness, outstanding service, and memorable experiences made it a vacation to remember.
