If the truth be known, Pinkie Flamingo was a big fan of sunrise. After all …”the early bird gets the worm!” Never actually having eaten a worm in her life, Pinkie did appreciate the concept. As a curator of vacation rentals along Florida’s Gulf Coast, it was Pinkie’s sworn duty to seek out the best “guest nests” she could find and serve them up to those who could truly appreciate the finer things in life….like tequila, sunrises and sunsets.

The newly painted interior was refreshing, crisp and clean. “I love the cool color!” said Pinkie as she strolled through the 1700 sq ft plus condo. Well-appointed with everything needed for a wonderful guest experience, Tequila Sunrise will prove to be your favorite vacation go to! Extras around every turn including an air-conditioned entertainment porch overlooking the idyllic lawn leading out to the cove, where small pleasure craft bobbed happily in the gentle water. A dedicated workspace featuring desk, printer and two fold-out sleep chairs served to expand the functional space and add to the sleep count at the same time.

No real issues everything was great only small issue was the refrigerator leaked water at nights for some reason, it's a slip hazard. Will book again.

From my first contact with the host our vacation was amazing. The condo has a beautiful view and was so clean. There is everything you could possibly need or want. The location is amazing and offers everything! We would 100% stay with you again. We enjoyed every second of our vacation!

Awesome stay at this lovely condo. Well stocked kitchen and linens, great beds. Location was perfect as directly across street from private beach access, walking distance to restaurants, local bars, and nice little market for last minute essentials. Very nice covered parking. Best of all was the view into the boat basin and intercoastal waterway. Large sliding glass doors provided screened in access to outdoors with morning coffee and evening glass of wine. So relaxing. Would absolutely stay here again.

Extremely well equipped vacation property. Everything you need for the beach. The kitchen has meets any weekend cook's needs, plenty of cookware and serving items. We hosted dinner for 8 on New Years Eve, then took the short walk to the beach for “neighborhood†fireworks. Great stay!

Clean roomy condo with a fantastic view! Easy walk right across the street to the beach ðŸ–ï¸ sunsets were gorgeous! Good eats and live music are only a three block walk! Heat pool and pool deck are beautiful with water views.

Our stay was perfect! The condo is huge and beautiful!!! Lots of towels, kitchen supplies, beach stuff, clean, clean, clean! The back patio opens out onto the intercoastal. I believe the best view on the complex. There are two salt water pools! Easy to get across the street to Siesta Key Beach. Perfect stay all together! Highly recommended, but leave room for us. We'll be coming back!

The location was great, central to the pool and beach access. We love the overall atmosphere at Midnight Cove II and have stayed at several other units. This unit was spacious and well appointed and fit our family's needs. The beach tent, wagon, chairs etc. were convenient and in working order. The only reason this is a 4 star review and not 5 stars is the shower diverter on the tub spout in the common/hall bath did not work very well. It would not completely close and divert the water to the showerhead. This resulted in a reduced power shower flow and an efficient waste of hot water. Subsequently, we chose to use that bathroom for everything but the shower and had to all use the master bath shower which also made took more time out of our days. Overall a great place and would like to stay there again, but would like two completely functional showers. Thanks!

This unit was absolutely beautiful. Had every kitchen item we could possibly want. There was a wonderful toy closet with many beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, a beach wagon and a pop up tent! The pictures do not do this unit any justice. It was so much nicer than what the pictures led us to believe, so we were pleasantly surprised. Definitely will rent this unit again.
