One fine day as Pinkie was “makin’ her way along 30A”, she found herself drawn into the popular coastal community called Prominence. Ride the community shuttle or hop in your own brand new 6-seater golf cart and zip down the way for a day in the surf and sun. Nestled between the popular Seacrest/Rosemary Beaches to the East and Seagrove Beach to the West, more fabulous local shopping and dining is just a bike or golf cart ride away.

Very clean and well appointed condo in a great location in the Prominence section of Watersound. I highly recommend it to others looking to stay in the Watersound area.

We loved our stay at Current Affairs! The townhome is spacious, has EVERYTHING you need to feel at home, relax and enjoy the beach. We cooked daily in the beautiful kitchen which had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were so comfortable! The golf cart was awesome and big enough for our entire group. Great location! Great vibes! We will come again!

Greatly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to hopefully staying again next year! Extremely clean unit and beautifully decorated.AC was awesome! Golf cart was a nice touch, although we didn't ride it very much. All beach chairs and umbrellas were provided and very helpful. We loved the location being so close to the Big Chill. We walked down every morning to get coffee and ended every evening there. My only complaint is I didn't book an extra night or two.

My wife and I both agree that this property is five star, very well kept, it comes with everything you need to have a relaxing vacation with out worries or inconveniences, including a golf cart to get around although it is very accessible location close to every thing you need but you never feel crowded. We give it a five star rating 😀
