Unit includes washer and dryer. The comfortable, open living area features a queen sofa sleeper and plenty of natural light.

This is the third time we have gone through Pinky Flamingo to book our stay at Waterscape and have not had any issues or surprises. We stayed in unit C403. It was beautiful and had a great view of the resort. The unit was clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend. I can't think of any negative to say. Our grandchildren had the best time and always want to stay at Waterscape!! Looking forward to going back.

The condo was setup perfectly! Great decor and it was very clean. We had plenty of space for our family of four. Our youngest loved the tv setup in the bunk bed area. Parking and loading and unloading was simple and easy. (The garage code threw us for a loop at first arrival, it was already set for Oct-Dec in August.) once we figured that out it was a breeze. The A/C worked great and having the ceiling fans was definitely a bonus. This place was awesome! Great views, plenty of kitchen supplies and cabinet space! We would definitely recommend staying here!

We normally rent from Waterscape but they were full, so we rented from pinkies. We really like how the inside of this unit was setup, and the kids LOVED each bunk bed had a TV. The view from the deck is nice and has lots of comfy furniture .

We traveled with 11 family members and rented two condos near each other in building C. The space was welcoming and comfortable. The decor was beautiful yet family friendly and we had everything we needed to cook shared meals. The balcony space was relaxing and comfortable and parking was so convenient right outside our units. Great experience for all the grandkids with the Pirate Show, Glow party, hair braids, mocktails at the concession stand, kiddie area, lazy River, big pools - there was something for all ages from the baby up to grandma. Check-in was simple and we can't wait to come back and look for Pinkie's units again.

This is our second time staying at Waterscape but first time booking with Pinkie Flamingo! 🦩 They were amazingly responsive, helpful, and accommodating! We obviously love Waterscape which is why we came back — Right on the beach, amazing resort pools, family friendly, clean, events for kids and families! The condo was in a PERFECT location, so easy to load and unload the car by the door — The condo was clean, the AC worked fantastically, the water pressure in the shower was AMAZING. All the things you hope for when you're staying at a new place. Thank you Pinkie Flamingo!!! Highly recommend!

If you want a great place to stay at a reasonable price - call Pinkie. She has lots of possibilities in various parts of Florida, and she and her staff are easy to work with and have lots of options. Keep Pinkie Flamingo & Friends in mind when you need a weekend or a month or more vacation. I highly recommend any of Pinkie's properties. Tell 'em John sent ya !

We loved our stay at Pinkies! Everything was very convenient. The beach was a very short walk through the beautiful pool area. You can see the beach from the balcony. Love the parking right outside the door. Close to so many amenities. Beautifully decorated, very clean! You can't go wrong staying at this beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful time at C-403 and had all the things we needed and within a 5 minute walk to the Beach. Pinkie took very good care of us with this beautiful condo. We are looking forward to our stay again next year. Pinkie is very accommodating and great to work with.
