This end unit features an open floor plan with 3 separate bedrooms and a bunk room. Accommodations for sleeping 8 people in beds with a comfy queen sleeper for 2 more if needed. Three full bathrooms are an added plus for larger parties. The condominium’s kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. The fully-stocked kitchen includes all dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware needed for eat-in dining. Family-friendly dining table seats 8 with an additional 6 spots out on the balcony.

Amazing!!! Exceeded all Expectations!!!

We stayed in C506 Waterscape August 21-26, 2026. It was fabulous! The condo itself was so nicely decorated with 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen room, and a bunk bed nook that was awesome! It was located next to the elevator and the parking garage which were so nice since we had 3 kids 4 and under. The pools were even nicer than in the pictures! The lazy river was the nicest I've been in and we spent a lot of time there and in the zero entry pool with the waterfall at the other end. The Tiki snack hut was more like a mini restaurant offering a wide variety of drinks both alcoholic and nonalcoholic and food. The food ranged from appetizers to wraps and kid foods to pizzas. The prices were very reasonable and the food was delicious! A few of our favorites were the pizza and hot crab dip!! We will definitely be back as this was a fantastic family vacation!!!

Waterscape is our favorite place to stay on Fort Walton Beach. This is our first time in unit C506, which is a 3 bedroom/3bathroom unit. The beds and space were very comfortable, it was super clean and we had lots of room for the 7 adults and 2 children. We were able to pick up our wrist bands to have pool access before our room was actually ready. The day we checked in, an HVAC guy came to check on our A/c because someone before us had reported an issue. That was quickly resolved. Day 3 we had no water at one point and I emailed to report this and was quickly informed that it was building wide. The water was back on within about 10 minutes. I appreciate the fast response from Pinkie. We enjoyed playing games at the table on the balcony. Very nice big space to sit while it rained.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay not only at Waterscape, but C506 as well. We had never stayed at this resort, but it catered to ALL ages of kids that were with us. Pinkie was very accommodating and communicated well when we had questions. My family is already talking about our trip to Waterscape next year.

We loved our stay at Waterscape C-506. Condo fit our family perfectly with 3 big beds plus bucks. We really loved the lanai and spent a good bit of our time out there when at the condo. The big table outside was perfect for family meals. Condo was very comfortable and well equipped. Perfect family beach destination with all the amenities Waterscape has to offer. We will definitely be back to this particular unit next year. 10/10 Highly Recommend

A beautiful condominium the ground and pools are very nice a bit far from the beach if you are someone that cannot get around well...beach is great and chairs umbrella daily a great bonus..it is close to walkable restaurants and the boardwalk a few blocks down the beach

This year our stay at waterscape C-506 was amazing. We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much came back this year. Pinkie was so easy to deal with. When I had a question she always responded quickly.

I brought my children and grandchildren. All 10 of us had a wonderful experience and lasting memories. We will definitely be back. The room was clean and ready when we arrived at 2:00.
