Vacation with Grandbabies

We had a wonderful vacation at the Waterscape C406 Hip Nautique this past week. It was nice being able to park so close to our condo to unpack and repack, especially with having a 3 year old and 8 month old along. The beds were clean and comfy and kitchen/bathrooms too. The resort was perfect for families. We loved the multiple swimming pools and play areas. Our only complaints; Some of the staff at the snack bar were not friendly at all. The kitchen stove could use some upgrading but it worked. There was some cosmetic things that could use attention like the molding right outside the bathroom and the kitchen drawer to the right of the stove. These were both pulled off when we got there. The patio furniture could use a good cleaning. The dryer didn't work the first couple days but they did give us access to another condo to dry our clothes until a repairman was able to get out there to fix it. All in all, a great vacation for Mimi and PawPaw with our daughter, son-in-law and two young grandbabies. Just wanted to list the items that could use improvement.

This place has everything you need to have a wonderful stay! The facilities are awesome and the kids had the best time. Our unit was well equipped for cooking, although the dishwasher was a little hard to use, as it was missing some wheels. Other than that one tiny detail, I can't think of a single thing I would change. We'd love to return again next year!

Our stay was excellent. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and convenient. The kids loved the pool! Beach access is simple and easy. Parking was great - we could park almost right at the door. We played board games each evening on the balcony. DoorDash and grocery delivery were uncomplicated. Pinkie is great to work with - had all the issues covered!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was perfect for our two families, with plenty of room for seven kids to sleep and play comfortably. The location was great, and we especially appreciated having parking right in front of the condo—such a convenience with a big group. Pinkie was fantastic—quick to respond to any questions we had and graciously allowed us to check in early when the room was ready. We'd absolutely stay here again!

It was a pleasure renting with you guys. My family and I enjoyed our stay in the rental. We loved being able to see the water and the condo location was perfect and easy to get to all the things like the pool area. We will be reaching out in the future to rent with you again.

We stayed in the condo with 7 people. Everyone had enough space and it was well equipped. Pinkie answered all questions we had and the staff were all super friendly. Waterscape is such a great place to stay with a phenomenal beach, fun pools, and walking distance to the boardwalk with lots of great restaurants and shopping. We loved our vacation there!
