Welcome to Seascape on Clarinda, a stunning full-house rental nestled in Sarasota, Florida, just 20 minutes from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach. This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests, making it perfect for large families or groups seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway.
Each bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and convenience for all guests. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master, three bedrooms with queen beds, and three additional sofa beds located in the main living room, second living room, and the fourth bedroom (David).
Step outside to your private oasis where you can lounge by the heated pool, prepare meals in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen complete with a grill and sink and enjoy plenty of space to unwind. Beach supplies are provided to make your trips to the nearby Gulf Coast effortless and fun.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Additional guests over 8 are subject to a $15 per person per night fee.

Pool heating available seasonally; please note, when temperatures dip below 50 F, the pool may not maintain its heated temperature
Security: Assume all properties maintain security cameras on the front and side entrances of the properties. Some properties also have cameras in the garage where equipment is kept for security purposes. Please ask more questions if you have concerns. Tampering with security cameras can cause a minimum $250 fine if we have to come out to the property to reset or investigate.
