The property was clean, updated, and excellently appointed with new quality appliances and had everything you need. Having owned and rented a property in the islands for over 12 years we know how important a great property management company is and the importance of taking care of your renters. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them. Thank you all for making our stay a great experience!

Great location- plenty of linens, silverware, dishes and space. Loved the pool and dock! Response for any questions or concerns was immediate.

We were a 4 generation family...11 adults and a 6 mo old and a 16 mo old. The property was accommodating with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Communicating with Coco Plum was top notch... we needed another pack n play and a refill for the gas grill. They were very prompt with resolving the issues. The pool was great and the grandkids liked the kayaks. The tiki hut is a good place to sit for those of us that do not sit in the sun for very long.

For large families this is the place to stay. Single story and plenty of room for everyone.

Booking was easy and the staff was very responsive. We had a late addition change and they took care of it immediately. My family and I stayed at this property 6 years ago and we liked the space. With such a large group we had plenty of room for everyone and the location was great. The biggest surprise this time was the many upgrades that were made. It made the house more inviting and the stay more comfortable. The pool area is great and the tiki area was wonderful too. Everyone in the family enjoyed it.

This house was perfect for our family. So much space, the two living rooms were perfect for the adults to have a space, and the kids to have their own. The kitchen was also filled with all kinds of amenities. We parked the boat at the dock which is a big space, convenient and easy to access. The host was easy to get a hold of and allowed us to park the boat while we waited for access into the house. We would stay again for sure.
