We had an excellent stay. Everything was very comfortable, Clean, and the location was relatively good. All the beds are extremely comfortable, much more so than I anticipated. Actually they were highlight. The condo is comfortable, with Good and ample seating. The bathrooms are very nice of the showerhead sleeve a little to be desired and they don't really put out a lot of water, that could be a Florida thing or it could be they just need a little cleaning. Some negatives, you can't really walk to any type of pool. I found that extremely disappointing. Also location is a little far from Disney or the I4 entertainment areas. Other than that, I would stay there again in an instant

Pros: The food and the waitstaff at the restaurants (Eleven and Traditions) were excellent .....The Villa was nice and comfortable. Cons: Disappointed in the pool at Villas North - in need of an overall upgrade. Disappointed in the water park - too small, too crowded, lazy river felt very claustrophobic and not relaxing. Didn't like that we had to drive to go anywhere on property - fitness center, pools, restaurants, golf courses. Personal health issues make it hard to walk long distances...Called for the Reunion ride share one time but was told 20 min wait.

The resort was beautiful and the staff were so kind. I wish we didn't have so many issues with our place. Fridge stopped working on day one. Thankfully they replaced it pretty fast but the ice maker did not work and we couldn't use the water on the fridge due to the filter needing to be replaced. The dish washer leaked so we couldn't use it. The drain in the master shower wasn't screwed in so it kept coming up and was a hazard. The elevator went out and we were on the fourth floor. I will say that did get fixed pretty fast but we had to use the steps for a day. I hope they fixed these things before the next guest.

First, I want to say we really enjoyed our second stay at Reunion. We booked through another party last year, but it was for a different type of trip. This year, we just wanted to enjoy the resort amenities and have a relaxing vacation as a family. The entire resort provided this experience. We enjoyed our dinner at Traditions. We had a great time at the water park and the pools. Th cabana we booked on the Saturday of our stay was in the perfect location. The villa was very clean which I appreciate. However, it was pretty bare bones when it came to everything else. This may seem trivial, but there were only 6 towel sets (I do understand this is the occupancy). We were a family of 5. Some of us use 2 towels after showering for our hair and to dry off so there weren't enough towel sets for everyone. It would have been nice to have at least one more set. There were no tissues. Again, I realize basic toiletries, paper towels, and toilet paper were only started sets. Hotels provide at least one pack of tissues. Overall, we had a great time! I would absolutely stay at Reunion again. My complaints are minor. They are just things that would have made the stay just a bit better.We stayed at a busy time over Easter Break. Options were limited when I booked. When we come again, I'll make sure to do so well in advance so we more options. Thank you, for a wonderful family vacation!

Overall, we had a great stay at Reunion Resorts in the Villas North. We had a view of one of the holes on the Palmer course from our balcony. The beds were comfy and the room was very large for 5 people to all be together or to have their own space. We had no hot water the first night and we don't know it until almost 11 PM. Called maintenance and I figured I'd be leaving a message for someone to come in the morning, but they sent someone out right away that night and fixed the issue! The shuttle service around the resort came in handy a number of times and the wait time usually was just a few minutes. A couple of complaints. 1. This mini golf closes at 6pm, so we never had a chance to utilize it since we were busy during the day. Put some lights up and keep it open later in the evening. 2. The water park had to have some repairs done so it wasn't heated during our entire stay. So other than the pools and one time using the putting and chipping green, the $40 a day resort fee didn't get us much in the way of amenities as all the other offerings like tennis, pickleball, etc, required additional fees.

Villa was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. I would have a couple of suggestions for the bathrooms. My wife is disabled and some shower bars and handheld shower nozzles in all the bathrooms, so there is more flexibility. Overall everyone was helpful and friendly… nice resort!😊

This was our second summer vacation stay at the reunion resort villas! Looking forward to our third in 2026. All around very nice atmosphere for an enjoyable and relaxing stay!

Full 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment. Spacious. Comfortable! Easy access. Safe. We were missing some things like salt and pepper and there are no other food supplies like sugar. I called and they delivered quickly. It should be part of their checklist!

The Reunion Resort is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed our unit and proximity to the water park. The communications was less than satisfactory. We attempted to reach out for information via email and lacked response. We were not able to check in online or use the app as we booked through VRBO. We were not greeted warmly at registration and not provided much information. We felt that because we booked through VRBO we were treated differently. The staff at the entrances of the resort and water park were very courteous and welcoming. The water park was a great amenity for the resort. The resort location worked well with our excursions during our stay. We also had a packaged delivered to the resort, confirmed it was received and told we would pick up in the following day and learned the package was returned to sender. This was very disappointing with not much satisfaction from the front office.
