The office/den features two dual-screen work stations and wireless printer to allow easy hook-up of one or two laptop computers. There are large screen smart HD TVs in the main living area, master bedroom and second guest bedroom, and a smaller TV in the third bedroom.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a large soaker tub, walk-in shower, his-and-hers sinks/counters and direct access to the pool area. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, private bathroom with shower and its own direct access to the pool area. The third bedroom has twin beds ideally suited for younger guests.
The home offers a unique indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Relax either: inside this beautiful home; outside by the pool in the lanai-enclosed patio/pool/spa with fixed-line gas BBQ; or waterside on the dock or in the over-the-water Tiki hut.
The home comes fully equipped including: 3 bicycles for neighborhood cruising; 2 kayaks (with life vests, etc.) for kayaking in the canals (the dock has a kayak launch for each launching); 3 new/higher-end fishing poles and all related gear (for fishing off-the-dock or any area of your choosing); and, for those days on the beach, 6 high quality beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, coolers and a beach wagon (to easily transport all your gear at the beach).
