From her vantage point well above the tree line, Pinkie Flamingo had a spectacular s eye view of the entire lay of the land. Stretching her wings luxuriously, she floated over clusters of opulent vacation homes each standing ready to welcome those fortuitous enough to have discovered the quaint charm of 30A. Pinkie had set her flight GPS to her desired address 348 Lakewood Dr and she soon spotted it below. This is super close to the beach! The private pool looks so inviting!
Beautifully renovated and nestled in the popular Seagrove Beach area of 30A, this charming 3 story home smiles a warm welcome to its guests as they arrive to enjoy the coastal ambiance and private pool and new hot tub with fenced yard. Pinkie could see how 4 cars could easily fit, which is amazing this close to the beach. With less than a 5-minute walk to the sand, YaYa By The Sea is enviably located in the popular area of Seagrove Beach, a premier destination along Florida s favorite Coastal Hwy 30A. This winding scenic highway is composed of a diverse array of charming beach communities and quaint eclectic neighborhoods each with its own style and appeal. Seagrove Beach is noted for its central location, excellent local dining options and natural beauty. Garnished with graceful live oaks, stately magnolias and the glimmering reflection off Eastern Lake, recreational opportunities abound here including lake swimming and kayaking.

Pinkie wandered out back to the fenced backyard where the sparkling swimming pool and new hot tub stood waiting. A lush canopy of tress provided shade and privacy. Noting the outdoor dining and lounging options and the propane BBQ grill, Pinkie exclaimed This is quite the oasis in the heart of Seagrove! After a quick dip it was time to take flight again. The outdoor shower is always a treat at the beach and this feature cannot be under valued. Making a quick stop on the furnished rooftop lounge deck Pinkie took in the warm Gulf breeze and views. It was very clear this vacation rental was definitely a find!
Just down the road visitors will find 30A institutions like The Olde Florida Fish House, famous for its with idyllic al fresco dining venue overlooking the serene waters of Eastern Lake. Frequently the scene of local live music, The Olde Florida Fish House is where Pinkie first tasted George T Stagg bourbon, It was a life-changing experience s for sure! Pinkie smiled at the pleasant memory. Another popular neighborhood eatery invites you in for breakfast, lunch and dinner The Perfect Pig, among the top 10% of restaurants worldwide reviewed on Trip Advisor, serves up local favs like fried green tomatoes with crab meat.

We had a fantastic stay! This property is absolutely perfect for families with kids of all ages—our kids ranged from 1 to 16 years old, and everyone loved it. Having a private pool was a huge highlight, especially being able to swim late at night. Our favorite part, though, was how close we were to the beach. The included golf cart made it incredibly convenient. One of the husbands would drop us off at the sand, and we would just call him for a ride back, though it was also a quick, short walk. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at YaYa by the Sea! The house has upscale amenities in a beautiful seaside neighborhood. Pinkie Flamingo was great to work with. We will definitely book through them again.

This home has great space in a quiet neighborhood & close to the beach. The golf cart was much needed for trips to the beach & dinner. The home was clean for the most part except for the couch cover needs a deep cleaning or replacement. Kitchen was fabulous! It has every small appliances you would ever need. Beds were comfortable and linens were nice. Pool was clean & cool which was perfect for cooling down after a day at the beach. The outdoor space was great for grilling & shaded in the evenings. I would definitely rent this home again.

We had an overall great experience here. The house comfortably accommodated our two families, and it was a great location—easy walk to the beach and conveniently located near a couple of restaurants and shops. Everything was included that we needed during our stay. We had an issue with the wifi, and they were responsive and helpful in getting it resolved. It needed a little TLC in areas but overall, this didn’t affect our experience, and we had a great time there. We would stay again!

We were really happy with this property. It had a wonderful location, nestled between Rosemary and Seaside, but with the old school beach house feel of Seagrove. It was clean, well apportioned (we didn't cook), and spacious. The hot tub and golf cart are great winter-time amenities.

Very clean and well appointed house with a nice golf cart. Hosts were very responsive and this is a great location with nearby beach access. We comfortably had 8 adults and 4 kids stay. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

We had a great experience renting from Pinkie Flamingo. I emailed them that we didn't have kitchen towels and they sent someone over to bring some. Unfortunately, the house had no ice and they weren't able to fix that for some reason. All details were sent promptly and payment was easy. Thank you!
Great beach house for the entire family!

We had a great week staying at this house. The location to the beach is great, walkable and an easy golf ride for the grandparents but you can't park it so someone has to bring the cart back and walk. Plenty of bathrooms and loved that 3 rooms had king beds and the bottom floor was great for my parents so they did not have to do stairs. Great seating area in the back and having the pool to come back to after the beach was wonderful . Overall a great house and location that for all our needs.

Great Stay at Seagrove Harbor 30A

We had a great stay at Sea-grove Harbor 30A! The home was amazing and beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for our group of 2 families with kids. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub after being at the beach. The golf cart and bikes made it super convenient to get back and forth from the beach as well as the restaurants and shops close by. The home was very centrally located and there was ample parking for our group. We'll definitely be back!
