Located in Whisper Way of the upscale Villas South neighborhood in Reunion Resort, this vacation condo is only 6 miles from Disney World and less than 20 miles from Universal Studios and other Orlando area parks and attractions. 

At the geographic center of Reunion Resort, this 1,755 sq. ft. ground-floor luxury corner unit is just steps away from the resort’s pools, restaurants, and premier amenities, while also being only a quick two-minute drive from the popular Seven Eagles Pool. The three-bedroom, three-bath vacation condo blends convenience and upscale comfort within a peaceful, beautifully landscaped setting, offering effortless access to everything the resort has to offer.

Step outside Reunion Resort, and the traveler is within a 5 minute drive of more than 30 different restaurants and eateries, plus grocery stores, shops, and services. 

Kitchen and Dining Area 

This entire unit has been furnished to an extremely high standard. The fully functional kitchen is very well equipped with the latest stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The separate dining area has a beautiful dining table with seating for 6+. 

Living Room and Private Patio 

Guests staying in this condo will enjoy luxury and comfort. Huge, 14’ sliding doors lead out to your own private patio with a table and seating for 4+, where you can enjoy everything from breakfast to evening drinks. 

The Living Room includes a large seating area with a 62” smart TV. (Note: All TV’s in this unit come with DIRECTV and numerous available streaming apps - streaming subscriptions not included). 

Large windows throughout this corner unit allow bright, natural Florida sunlight to flood every room while the perfect angle prevents directly blinding occupants throughout the day. 

Three Bedrooms / Three Full Bathrooms 

The Master en-suite bedroom has a king bed, dresser, two night stands, and a large, 54” smart TV. A large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, bathtub, and a walk-in separate shower complete the package. 

The second bedroom (the “Beach Room”) sleeps 4 with two queen beds, dresser, night stand, and a 44” smart TV. The room has a full closet and a full bathroom, which is shared with the Living Room area. 

The third bedroom (the “Themed Room”) also sleeps 4 with a queen:queen bunk bed, dresser, night stand, and a large, 50” smart TV. The room has a full closet and an en-suite full bath with a separate sink and makeup area.

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
• We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
• Max of 6 cars per address
