The house had everything we needed and the rooms were big and it was super clean! We love staying on this property because of the water park and all the amenities! We will be back for sure!
Week Long Stay
Chelsea ·
The house we selected for our vacation was perfect for our size family. We had enough room for everyone. The resort amenities were superb. The staff at the Eleven were incredibly friendly, the waterpark was excellent, and the golf courses were beautiful. We only had a few complaints: the pool's filter didn't seem to be working, it would be nice if better/more toilet paper was provided as well as kitchen garbage bags and laundry detergent, one of the TVs wasn't working, and the remote controls did not seem to be in the correct rooms for the correct TVs.

This is a nice place with plenty of room and 5 lovely bedrooms suites with private bathrooms. Good size kitchen and dining room. The patio is nice with screen as well. We did not use the pool it was not heated nor the sauna. To pay an additional $100 a day was not our plan. Also the a/c not properly cooling the upstairs was disappointing it was hot and uncomfortable for 6 days. This was the first time staying in a private home we usually get accommodations for a stay and use a condo. Additionally your carbon monoxide detector systems was not working properly and we had to call maintenance the first night there. He was very nice and made the correction. As a suggestion you might want to update them.

Fabulous Family Vacation Home!
Paul ·
Our vacation home was fabulous! Lots of room & super clean. We loved the pool and patio area too. The home was well stocked and had plenty of towels for the bathrooms and pool. We have older kids and it was nice for everyone to have their own space to unwind. Made for a very relaxing vacation! Would definitely recommend !

Excellent property with lots of activities-great for families
Hans ·
We are from Canada and rented this home with our cousins from the UK- very spacious and clean. We went to Disney and Universal Parks and they are very close by. After busy days at crowded parks it was lovely to come back to this calm beautiful property with our own pool and hot tub. Green space behind the home added to the ambiance too. We also enjoyed all the resort amenities- pickle ball, fitness centre, mini golf, water park and restaurants on site. This property exceeded expectations- it is a beautiful location and it's also nice to have resort staff to deal with any requests. We hope to come back to Reunion resort soon! Thank you for being amazing hosts.
