Walk into this home and you will find the large open floor plan easy for entertaining large families, and groups. The kitchen is fully equipped, and fitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Adjoined is the living area with plush sofas, a large LED TV, and a dining area with seating for 8 and additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The elegant dining and stylish living area have access to the patio with several sun loungers to soak in the Florida sun and a patio table set with chairs for al fresco dining. Cool off from the heat in the refreshing pool.

The garage has been converted to an amazing spaceship theme with air hockey and video games for everyone to get together and have a blast. Get the popcorn ready, relax, and catch a flick in the loft with comfy seats for 7 and a large screen wall-mounted TV. All bedrooms are sure to give you a restful sleep every night during your stay. The children are going to love the custom kids' bedrooms decorated with iconic and familiar adornments.

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• Tax is not included in nightly rates
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
• Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
• This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
• Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
• The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
• We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
