Boasting, 11 bed, 11 bath villa for your next getaway. With over 7,900 sq. ft., you can enjoy the private infinity pool with spillover spa, games room, theater room, summer kitchen, and more with all members of your party under one roof.

This spectacular home can accommodate up to 26 guests with nine master suites and two kids' bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. As you walk in you will be greeted by the beautiful foyer area and two master suites with king-size beds, 50-inch SMART TV, and en-suite bathrooms. Walk towards the spacious and open living area where you can find comfortable seating and enjoy the 70-inch SMART TV. Prepare delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, oversized refrigerator/freezer, and marble countertops. Enjoy all your meals at the large dining table that can seat up to 18 guests. There is also a breakfast bar that can seat up to 6 guests. The main master suite features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, 50-inch SMART TV, and access to the pool area. On this floor, you can also find a basketball half-court, half bathroom, and laundry room.

As you walk up to the second floor, you can find the fun zone and the rest of the bedrooms. There are three master suites with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and 50-inch SMART TVs. The kids will have their own theme bedrooms and a secret kids' zone. The Harry Potter theme bedroom features a custom twin over twin bunk beds, 50-inch SMART TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The Princess theme bedroom features a custom full-sized bunk bed, 50-inch SMART TV, and en-suite bathroom. The kids' bedroom has access to the secret kids' zone room where they can spend most of their time with the PacMan Arcade Party machine, Big Buck HD hunting arcade machine, Nintendo Wii U, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and 43-inch SMART TVs. There is also a half bathroom and laundry room located on the second floor.

Have some fun in the games room located on the second floor. Everyone in your party can enjoy the 60-inch SMART TV, Air Hockey table, Batman Racing arcade machine, Skee-Ball, and access to the balcony with a Foosball table, retractable screen, and beautiful views of the pool and conservation area. Need to kick your feet up and relax? In the theater room, you can enjoy the plush leather recliners that can seat 13 guests, a 110-inch projection screen, and a 1080p projector. In the loft area on the second floor, you can find a wet bar with a sink, wine cooler/fridge, and microwave.

This villa has more to offer on the third floor. You can find three master suites with king-size beds, 50-inch SMART TV, and an en-suite bathroom. There is an entertainment area that features 60-inch LED TV, PlayStation 4, leather furniture, and access to the balcony.

The pool area also features a waterfall with a grotto sitting area, waterslide, swim-up bar, luxury patio furniture, and access to a half bathroom. Prepare a BBQ in the summer kitchen on the covered lanai and enjoy your meal on the outside dining table that seats up to 8 guests.

• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• Tax is not included in nightly rates
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) of $250 plus tax will be required against any reported damages or loss to this property and its contents.
• Pool heat available for $60 a day and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
• Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
